Omid (MScPT, BSc Biomed) is a dedicated physiotherapy resident with a passion for helping individuals of all ages recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their health and fitness goals. He holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from York University, providing him with a strong academic foundation and a comprehensive understanding of the human body.

With extensive experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, Omid specializes in addressing the unique challenges of sports injuries, low back pain, and knee or shoulder conditions, as well as managing chronic pain. He adopts a holistic approach to treatment, combining manual therapy, exercise and functional rehabilitation to promote healing, enhance performance, and prevent future injuries. Omid is committed to tailoring care for each client, advocating for their long-term health and well-being.

His background as a personal trainer and martial arts instructor has further honed his ability to design individualized rehabilitation plans that are both effective and engaging. These experiences have also strengthened his communication skills, enabling him to educate and empower clients to take charge of their rehabilitation journey.

Outside of his professional life, Omid enjoys staying active through soccer, volleyball, Taekwondo, and calisthenics. Having personally experienced injuries such as hamstring strains, knee issues, and low back pain, he brings a unique and empathetic perspective to his practice, understanding the physical and emotional challenges of recovery.

Wenny Zheng is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a dual academic background, holding a degree in Business Commerce (Human Resources) from Ryerson University and a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from Pharma Medical College. A member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), Wenny upholds the highest professional standards in her practice.

Passionate about holistic healing, Wenny specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and Trigger Point Release. Marven Bani (PT, BScHons, MScPT) graduated with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University. He began his studies with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree specializing in Kinesiology from York University. This allowed him to develop a passion and understanding on the science of the human body.

Marven has a strong basis in managing acute and chronic conditions, sports injuries, low back and neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, total knee and hip replacements, functional rehabilitation, in addition to a variety of other musculoskeletal impairments.

Marven utilizes a variety of treatment techniques in order to facilitate your full recovery. He has extensive experience and training with manual therapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture, therapeutic taping, Mackenzie method for diagnosis and treatment, specific manual stretching, soft tissues, and myofascial release/massage, and cupping therapy. Marven completed his level 5 courses in manual therapy through the orthopaedic division and eventually will gain his FCAMPT designation. He also provides concussion management for patients that have had a concussion from sports, Motor vehicle accidents, or falls.

Marven believes in empowering his patients with the knowledge and ensures they understand their injury. He treats every client with an individualized treatment plan and develops goals that will optimise their recovery. He is eager to meet and help you get back to doing what you love, returning to your sport. Not only does Marven have a passion for helping and treating patients, but he also enjoys playing soccer, weight training, travelling, and volunteering in the community.
